PSP or Nintendo
Do you want to get the kids the new Sony PSPthis Christmas? Or would you rather have the re-vamped Nintendo DS
? Nintendo is making a big push with its electronic puppies, and the software is pretty impressive. Anyone coming under heavy pressure from the kids to get a dog may well conclude than a hundred quid spent on a piece of electronics you can switch off is good deal. They are certainly a lot quieter than the real thing. Overall, however, the PSP wins hands down because, even though it is more expensive, it does a lot more. As well as games you can watch movies on them (although at £25 for a kids movie, it is expensive). You can listent to audio as well – so the PSP is perfect for listening to Storynory. The only drawback is the limited number of small childrens games – Sony seem to think their main market is blood-thirsty teenage boys (they’re probably right of course). Still, that will probably change as the market expands. The PSP is worth the extra expense.
oh so who knows?
Dear Josh, I’m afraid I don’t know about how to use the PSP for Storynory but perhaps somebody else does. Look in the PSP instructions for Podcasts
