Podcasts for Educators
Podcasts for Educators, a very useful resource for schools interested in using audio in the classroom, has a new look just in time for the New Year. It’s a good example of how to produce a clean, uncluttered design, with a modern feel.
I used their directory to research my pre-Christmas review of podcasts by schools. Any teachers who are interested in getting started in this field could profit by spending some time on the site . There are tips and useful links, and an invaluable international directory of schools podcasts. It would be very nice to see link-ups between schools around the world who have podcasts. So here’s my own tip. Get hold of Skype ,which allows you to make free calls over the internet, and try out an international broadcast with a school in a different hemisphere. To record your link-up, use Hotrecorder.
Podcasts for Schools has an interesting weblogtoo.
