Ginger Nut Roads
Scientists have discovered that crushed ginger biscuits make the best surface for roads. Workers crush the biscuits with steamrollers and use them in place of traditional tarmac.
Er, actually, that’s an April Fool. It appeared in The Daily Express yesterday, complete with a picture of the steamroller.
