Dear Sheila, the stories we are currently recording with Richard don’t have a sing-song bye bye, and when Natasha comes back we will think about changing it. It’s a legacy of the early days of Storynory, and a bit of a trade mark. As the site progressed, we have done the stories in a more and more grown-up way, and that’s largely down to Natasha’s taste and skill. It appears that our audience is a little older than a few years ago.

Dear Shannon, If we do Bertie becoming a prince again, that could be the end of the Bertie stories. But you do have a good suggestion that we could do more about him being a prince. At the moment, we’ve still got more tales to tell about when he WAS a prince, and about him being a frog…. but one day…. Thank you !

The Miser

A miser sold all that he had and bought a lump of gold, which he buried in a hole in the ground by the side of an old wall and went to look at daily. This story is very entertaining.I like it very much.I don’t really like the part where Prince Bertie turns into a human then back to a frog.Also,your stories are the best.Whoever made up storynory is very clever.

There will indeed be more Bertie Stories. We don’t want to do to many so that we can keep the quality high – but there will certainly be a couple more before the end of the year.

Somebody suggested Colin in Love – and I think that might be the next one.

Melenie, so glad you like storynory and that it helps you to sleep. This is what we love to hear. Beatrice isn’t quite as perfect as some people say, and this is a bit sad, especially for a green reptile like Bertie. If she has time to think, of course she loves all creatures, but her first reaction at seeing a frog in the room is complete horror. She did manage to kiss Grandpa Tommy Frog in Bertie’s Halloween story though.
