Sadly, just before Christmas a family lost someone very special. They turned their loss into the most precious gift that could be given, and on December 17th, Poppy received her transplant. She is fighting hard and doing so incredibly well. The positive thoughts of everyone, from all corners of the world, have kept her strong throughout the past year, and helped her to find the strength to keep fighting.
