Buffalo Crossing – Time for a Story
I’d like to thank all the blogs who link to us – sorry we can’t link back to you all. It’s very helpful for us to gather some insight into how you listen to Storynory – and we do read and follow what you say. It makes us feel we know you.
This is one blog that captured my fancy. Recent entries are about a family on a long driving holiday through across Texas and then to up to Yellowstone Park. It’s a good tale, told by the family with lots of pictures. When the car is held for over and hour by a herd of buffalo crossing the road, they search for interesting things on the iPod.
A bit later there is a vivid description by Mom of her daughter being car sick. And the great line:
I may have been a Mom for thirteen years, but it doesn’t mean I deal well with puke of any kind.
The context a little unusual, but it’s a really sweet mention of Storynory when it gets there, and Mom describes the whole family listening to Natasha’s voice on the long road.
