Hello

The Boy who Flew to High is very good story and we learn a lot from Little Icarus who does not listen to the good advice of his fathers words but instead flies to High to the sun where his wings made of Wax melt. You may also enjoy the story of The Wooden Horse on Storynory.com in which a famous invention is also made in which a Trojan Army hide inside the belly of a large Wooden Horse they have made.

this was a gr8 story that helped me with my English homework thanks story-nory but I would really like to know what happened to the boy and why he flew so high i mean im not being funny but that poor father went through the rules and he didnt follow them its so stupid but im glad that father got away even though this is not real you can remember it for ages and you really feel how the characters feeling.

Thanks for your comment. The Boy Who Flew to High is a sad story. When the young boy who is over ambitious sinks into the Sea with his wings made of Wax melted from the sun we recall the words of his father Daedalus who told him ‘Not To Fly To High’ .

The Boy who flew to High is an excellent Greek myth and one we remember well
When the Boy flies too High towards the sun and falls down into the sea he learns a very valuable lesson
that it is important not too fligh too close to the sun.
