Hello
This tale by Hans Christian Andersson is all about a young Mermaid who agrees to sacrifice her fish tail for human legs in order to meet with the prince she has fallen in love with on earth. She undertakes this sacrifise with the Sea witch who demands she give up her voice,so when The Little Mermaid reaches dry land, she cannot speak to the prince. The ending of the story reveals if The Mermaid can be united with the Prince or not…

And we can learn a lot from the young Mermaid who sacrifices her voice in return forvm having her tail replaced by fish legs

Thank you for your comment, The Little Mermaid is a sad tale about a young girl who gives up her beautiful voice for the love of the young prince. She is given the chance to save herself in a different in the land at the end of the story, with the mermaids of the waves that come to her rescue.

YEAH!!!! This was a great story! It was nap time for my cousin, and it was my turn to put her to bed. So I played this story! And it worked!!!!! This was a beautiful story. I was so touched that it felt like I was the one who was last to go out onto the land!
I’m in tears this story was so beautiful. I really loved the 1rst segment. and I hope the 2nd and 3rd segment are as beautiful and heart touching as this segment! Thanks! this is an awesome story
