Hello. I’m so happy to find this website today.
I’m just wondering if you can record the book somebody recommends or not.
Actually I have a task that makes me very stressful for a few days. It’s a record about a book which of title is “It’s nice to be different”. 3 year-old babies are going to listen to the story during the nap. Help me! Is there any tips or helps to make a record of that story? Thanks for listening my cry.

I am a teacher and I am wondering how I can find out the reading levels of the different passages on your site. I am not sure if I am overlooking it, or if you do not offer that feature on your site.

Hi Melissa, we do think of it from time to time, but it would take a lot of resources for us to design a book – probably would need pictures to look nice – and there doesn’t seem any guarantee that the audience would buy in great numbers. We currently lack a proper print style on the site, and I’m aware of this, and will try and make the pages more printer friendly this week.

Hello,

Please consider publishing stories in video format. By video, I dont mean animation or movie. Just the video of the reader telling the story. The facial expression of the reader would help children a lot.

I dont mind paying $20 to $30 per year for such.

I’m a Reading Specialist, and our school is preparing for Open House this Wednesday, September 1st. I would love to include your website in my welcome letter to parents. Dear Maryam, if you would like to download the audio to your computer please Right click the link that says “Download the audio”. A menu should pop up with something like, “Save Target AS” or “Save Link As”. I hope this helps.

Hi Michelle, you need to burn the stories to a CD in audio tracks using a program such as iTunes, Nero, Windows Media Player, etc. You also need to use an audio CD (not a data CD). You can easily buy these from the stores. Here are some instructions for iTunes that I wrote a while ago. It’s fairly similar with other programs.

With iTunes you can burn our stories to a CD. As it is an MP3 CD it may only play in newer CD players – but any fairly recent equipment should play it.

To burn a CD first you have to make a play list. In your iTunes library block and select the stories that you want to burn . Then go to File at the top and choose “New Playlist from Selection”. This will make your playlist. Now look at the bottom right of iTunes. A button will have appeared saying “Burn CD”. Insert a blank audio disk and press the “Burn CD” button.

You can also have a look at Nero which may do it even more thoroughly.

I was just wanting to know if there is anyway to download these on to a cd. At our school we only have cd players. I tried saving them as and then going back and trying to burn them to a cd. They would play on pc but not on cd player. The kids were very excited when I told them I found some stories to listen to during nap.
