Talk To Your Baby

We are really pleased to be part of the Talk To Your Baby campaign which has just been launched by the National Literacy Trust here in the UK. The aim is in the name of the campaign and explained very well on the website.

Talking is one of the most important skills your child will learn. It seems to happen naturally, but in fact you have a very important role to play. The more you talk with and listen to your baby, the more you help them learn to communicate.

According to research commissioned by the campaign, a fifth of expectant parents are unaware of the need to talk to their baby. I'm glad to say that they've been getting loads of buzz on the radio and in media to highlight this important issue.
